Airpods still not working with the adapter and the driver. Please help

I installed the latest bluetooth driver from the website. When I pair my Airpods I still get missing Bluetooth Peripheral Device error. Please help me resolve this issue

Thank you for posting about your Bluetooth adapter. I’m sorry about the difficulties connecting your Airpods.

We have seen this error with AirPods before, even when the AirPods are working with the adapter, and we think that the AirPods may be asking the the computer for an Apple-specific Bluetooth profile (driver) that isn’t available in Windows.

So I have a couple of quick questions:

  1. Are you able to play music through the AirPods despite this error?

  2. What version of Windows are you using?
