I am running windows 10 on an ASUS laptop, auto software touchscan and OBDlink MX Bluetooth connector. I uninstalled my onboard Bluetooth software and disabled the adapter and then installed the Bluetooth plugin. The first time I did it everything worked and then I rebooted my pc and now I cannot get anything to work. My software gives the message 32feet.net does not support the Bluetooth stack on this device even when I go back to my onboard device.
after installing plugin I am getting this message when running my software. 32feet.net does not support the Bluetooth stack on this device
Thank you for contacting us about your Bluetooth adapter. I am sorry it isn’t working with your devices.
Could you run our diagnostic program? It will gather device information and installation logs that will help me understand what may be happening. There may be some components of the previous Bluetooth adapter that are interfering with the Plugable Bluetooth adapter.
To do this, please have the adapter plugged into your computer, then go to this page and follow the instructions there:
Once you get the file, please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org and use the subject line “For Ticket #168635”.
We look forward to hearing back from you.
