I have just hooked up my new docking station (UD-3900) to my surface pro 2 and a DVI monitor , installed the drivers and restarted my computer. The driver display link driver appears in Device Manager, but there is is no Display Link Icon in the system tray.
The device is working perfectly as a USB hub, but Windows 8.1 is not detecting any additional displays.
