Thanks for posting this question! Based off my research, that computer should have either Windows 8 Pro or Windows 7 Professional installed and appears to have 2 DisplayPort outputs based on the picture you posted. Assuming this is all correct, I believe the best option would be to use a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter (we make one that is available here: www.amzn.com/B00S0C7QO8). You would connect this adapter to the DisplayPort on the back of the computer, then connect the monitor using a standard HDMI cable.
