I have a UD-3900PDZ, the dock used to work pretty well with my M1 Macbook for last 10 months, helped me connect couple of displays. However, last week the usb-c cable which was connected to the Macbook from the dock got accidentally pulled. After which, the connection between the Macbook and the dock is not stable. The monitors keeps on blinking and is not functional. Also, the PD charging seems to be stopped too. A few things I’ve tried since then:
Tried using macbook’s charging cable to connect, doesn’t seem to work. Hub keeps on connecting and disconnecting.
Tried getting a couple of USB-C 3.1 cables from amazon, doesn’t seem to work either. Hub keeps on connecting and disconnecting.
Help on how I can get things back to working. Unable to narrow down the issue. Is it the hub’s port? Is it the cable? Or something else. Any help, would be much appreciated

Based on your description I would like to start by fully resetting the docking station and computer to see if this helps to restore normal connectivity, please perform the following when you have a moment:
Disconnect the docking station from the computer and remove the power connection from the back of the docking station, unplug all USB devices from the docking station
Disconnect the docking station’s power supply from the wall and let both the docking station and power supply sit for 30-90 seconds to fully discharge
Restart the computer
3a) In macOS: Apple Menu > Restart
After 30-90 seconds, reconnect the power supply to the wall socket or power strip
Reconnect the power supply to the docking station
5a) Verify the blue power LED is illuminated on the front of the docking station
5b) Please let me know the state of the power LED after this step
Reconnect the docking station to the computer
6a) Please be sure to use the original USB Type-C data cable provided with the docking station
6b) Connect the cable directly from the docking station to the computer, adapters, hubs, or cable extensions may reduce the docking station’s capabilities or prevent detection
Check for the external displays to be detected on the system, if they are not detected please let me know
Reconnect USB devices to the docking station one at a time, test each device to make sure it is working before connecting the next device.
