I bought a used triple display 4k dock. But its missing the ac adaptor. Do you sell replacements? If not can you tell me the specs and suggest a source?
Hello, thanks for posting. Unfortunately, we do not sell replacement power supplies for our UD-ULTC4K dock.
The specifications for the power adapter are:
AC Input: 100-240V ~ 2A 50-60Hz
DC Output: 20V @ 5A (100W)
With that said, I’d be happy to arrange for a replacement power adapter to be sent to you as a one-time courtesy, as we certainly want to ensure that the correct power supply is being used. We will match everything up and begin the process accordingly.
