Absolutely massive text - Windows 10

I rebuilt a laptop recently and Windows is up to date

Reinstalled latest Plugable drivers and all works as it should, except that certain windows and the text therein are absolutely massive

As an example, inserting a file into a website. When the ‘insert file’ box is present, it is about 10 times the size it should be

I have all sliders set correctly and everything else looks normal

Any ideas please?
