Plugable USB 2.0 10-Port High Speed Hub with 20W Power Adapter Two Flip-Up Ports
Does this hub have a firmware update? It is charging my connected devices but my HP Envy LAPTOP-ETV4PD1Q cannot see/read it. My wireless speakers, wireless mouse, iphone, and external backup system are not visible when connected to the hub. My laptop only has 3 usb ports so I end up having to disconnect devices from my laptop in order to connect my iphone and other devices when I need to back them up on my pc or use them. I can’t see having to buy another hub when it appears this one just needs a firmware update. I’ve searched your website and have read about firmware updates for some of your products. Is there an update for my hub that can allow me to fully use its capabilities?
