I update my 8.1 last night, the new Microsoft HD4000 graphic drive does not work with
Display Link. as an result, my lock screen is missed up, and I can’t turn on my Dota2 ( the video game i play everyday). other than that, its still working.

For your DOTA2 not working, gaming is officially not supported with DisplayLink graphics adapters.
