Can the 7 port usb2.0 hub with 60w power supply be set to “on” when it is plugged in, without having to push the power button? Because of where I am using this hub, the power strip gets turned off after use. When I turn on the power strip, I also have to turn on the USB hub by pushing the power button on the hub. I would like the hub to just be on when the power strip is turned on.

We have had a few customers mention that by taping the button down it will always stay on though we have never done any official testing to verify if this is a good long term solution so your results may vary.
