6950h - dell precision 7680, locked & plugable stops working

I have a new win11 precision 7680 (latest updates).
I use window key + L to lock my machine when walking away from my desk.

When I return, it seems the plugable has been disconnected, as my keyboard/mouse inputs fail to wake up the monitors. I have to power cycle the dock to regain displays.

I have a usbdebug zip file created if/when needed.

Based on your description of the behavior, our next step is to get some additional information.

Can you please send an email to our direct support email address (support@plugable.com) with “For ticket # 419327” in the subject line? In the email, please include the following information:

  1. The Amazon Order ID number for your docking station purchase.

  2. While the docking station is connected to your PC (even if not working as expected), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug: https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug

In your post you mentioned you have a USB debug file – if this is the PlugDebug log file mentioned above please include that with your email.

This information will help us to determine the next steps.
