Trying to use the PLUGABLE USB-C TRIPLE DISPLAY DOCKING STATION with my MacBook Pro 2017 however all of the ports seem to work other than the hdmi 4k ?? Why is this I want to use triple display?

Can you tell me what exact model MacBook Pro you have? There is no 2017 model of the MacBook Pro, but there are “Late 2016” MacBook Pros in 13" and 15" varieties. The 13" also comes with or without the touchbar and that is an important bit of information as the USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 configuration is different between the two. Once I know what model you have we can go from there.
In the short term, be sure you are using the USB-C cable that shipped with the dock, other cables like the Apple USB-C cable are not fully spec’d to work with devices like our dock.
