I have had a Thinkpad-X1-Yoga running Windows 10 Pro for more than 2.5 years it’s worked fine. It seems to have stopped working after my most recent updates to Windows:
November 8, 2022-KB5020687 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 21H2
November 8, 2022—KB5019959 (OS Builds 19042.2251, 19043.2251, 19044.2251, and 19045.2251)
I have rebooted both my laptop and the docking station. The 4K ouput does work on my work laptop (MAC).
Thank you for contacting Plugable! I am sorry to hear that your docking station is not functioning as expected, and would be happy to provide additional support.
To help diagnose the issue, may I ask you to please keep the device connected to your laptop with everything still attached (even if not working as expected) and send us the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug? → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug
Once you have the logs, simply send an email to support@plugable.com with the subject line of “Ticket 391770” so that we can prioritize that case and match it to this inquiry.
If you could provide your Amazon Order ID (or other proof of purchase) associated with your Plugable device, I would be happy to check on your warranty status as well.
Thank you Ryoma!
I emailed you my log zip.
I doubt it’s still under warranty, but you are more than welcome to check
