Hello I am using a windows laptop running in rtx4090 i already update all my drivers but I can’t have more than 1 external display and every time i plug and unplug the hmdi or the dp my destop appear then it goes to black but my system display is recognizing the 3rd display this all plug in to my TBT4 via thunderbolt i also downloaded the latest diplaylink driver and installed it but it doesn’t work …

Thank you for posting! I am sorry things are not working fully as expected while using your TBT4-UDZ docking station, and I would be happy to help.
A quick important note, previously you said:

For your reference, the TBT4-UDZ does NOT have DisplayLink USB video technology inside of it. As a result, it is not necessary to install a DisplayLink driver in order to use the product.
With that said, based on your description of the behavior, our next step is to get some additional information.
Can you please send an email to our direct support email address → support@plugable.com with ‘For ticket #- 432466’ in the subject line that contains the following information?:
- The Amazon Order ID number for your TBT4-UDZ purchase
For your reference, that information is typically available from here → https://amazon.com/orders
- While the TBT4-UDZ is connected to your computer and all of the external displays are connected to the TBT4-UDZ (even if not working as expected), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug
This information will help us to determine the next steps.
