Finally I found a dock, 3900, for my Asus laptop.
Just somw questions before I have to make wirering.
Wonder if it’s okay to take the USB out of the laptop without “save removal”?
Is it okay to turn off (on the wall) my Plugable when not in use?

Thanks for posting your question here! If you have any removable storage devices connected through the dock, I’d recommend doing an eject/safe removal of the storage device before you unplug the dock from the laptop to prevent any file corruption on the storage device just like you would if the removable storage devices were connected directly to your laptop.
If no removable storage devices are connected through the dock, you can unplug the dock from the laptop or power off the dock anytime. No ‘safe removal’ required.
