Just installed a 3.0 VGA adapter to point to a second screen. I have a Windows 8 64 bit laptop in a docking station. The first remote screen is plugged into the VGA output of the docking station. The adapter is plugged into a USB port on the docking station. When I plugged it in, there was no response so I downloaded and installed the drivers from your website. Still nothing. What is next?

Could you connect the Plugable USB3-VGA to the system, run the DisplayLink Support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli…) and email the resulting .zip to firstname.lastname@example.org as an attachment along with your Amazon Order ID and a link to this thread?
This would give us a better insight as to what is going on. Once we analyze the .zip, we can figure out the next steps.
