2nd Monitor stopped working after update + Audio Noise!

I just updated my dock and the 2nd monitor input (HDMI 2K) stopped working. I updated because I started to get terrible audio static noise when using my thunderbolt 3 port to attach a RAID to my MacBook Pro 2018 model. The audio disappears when I’m not using Thunderbolt 3 port to attach to a thunderbolt 2 cable via the Apple adapter. I tried switching the cable on all the ports and I still get noise.
So when I upgraded thinking that this would help, I now don’t have use of my second monitor that’s connected to the second HDMI 2K port.
Your products seem to work until there’s an update!

When you say you updated your dock, do you mean you updated the dock drivers? Or was there an OS update (like the recent macOS 10.15.5 update) that caused this?
