2nd display not working Intel® NUC 10 Performance kit - NUC10i7FNH

I have a Intel® NUC 10 Performance kit - NUC10i7FNH that im using the TBT3-UDZ display dock and for some reason it will only work with 1 display at a time. Both displays are 1080P monitors. I have tried different monitors just in case but it still only works with 1 display.

The original poster also reached out to us directly via support@plugable.com with the same question, to which we have already replied.

For the benefit of anyone else following this thread, we have repeated the relevant details of our direct reply below:

"The Intel NUC10i7FNH system you are using can support a maximum of one display via its Thunderbolt 3 connection. It is not possible for the system to drive two displays via a Thunderbolt 3 connection. This internal limitation of the NUC is why only one display connected to the TBt3-UDZ docking station is working, and unfortunately this limitation cannot be changed.

Intel has more information on this topic here → https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000021752/intel-nuc.html and we have made a video that goes into more detail on this topic here → https://youtu.be/s0J3ytq29hc

If you require a solution that will allow you to add two additional displays to your desktop system, an alternative would be our USBC-6950UE adapter → https://plugable.com/products/usbc-6950ue

The USBC-6950UE adapter is based on DisplayLink USB video technology, which allows it to circumvent the internal limitations of the Intel NUC you are using. "
