The Plugable 3900 USB 3.0 docking station is not allowing me to launch applications from the laptop or from the second monitor. the two monitor function works seamlessly when connected directly to the laptop. I uninstalled the software and downloaded and reinstalled it from the Plugable website. Same result.
Is this a defective docking station?
