Hello there, I have an “Alienware 15r2” and an “Acer Predator” 144hz monitor but my laptop does not have a dp port. I have tried many methods and cables and the only solution I think is the plugable USB-C to DP alter mode adapter.
I was wondering if somebody knows if my laptop will be able to run at 144hz with this kind of cable. Thank you
Edit - if it works, will somebody be kind enough to share any extra driver links that I need to install/download
