I have one of your usb3-hub10c2 10 port hubs. I have tried to connect this unit to 2 different computers. a Dell inspirion 11 3000 series and an hp ProDesk. Both computers report failed installation. My inspirion is running Win10 and the hp is running win7pro. In device manager it shows that the port has been disabled due to a problem. When I remove the hub all returns to normal.
Windows is messaging me that the hub does not have enough power for any device that I attempt to plug in, even a simple flash drive.
