Monitors Not Detected on TBT4-UDZ

Setting up a new TBT4-UDZ for my HP laptop but neither monitor (2) is detected. So far only mouse is working.

When I connect USB-C to laptop, I heard a chime but don’t see that it’s connected.

  1. The Amazon Order ID number for your TBT4-UDZ purchase

  1. While the TBT4-UDZ is connected to your HP laptop and both monitors are connected to the TBT4-UDZ (even if not working as expected), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug
