Hi I have a new set of wireless headphones, MATRIX2 STEREO WIRELESS BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES. , I have your plugable USB 2.0/1.1 to Bluetooth 4.0 adapter , I can’t get them to pair together. I am running windows program 8.1 on my computer is that my problem? Please advise, do I need a different adapter? Thank You Svend Knudsen
