When I plug my Wireless comfort keyboard into the plugable my Windows 10 system slows to a crawl. If I then plug the keyboard dongle into my laptop directly everything runs fine. CPU seems to spike when plugged into the plugable.

You don’t mention which specific product you have, but I am going to guess it is one of our USB docking stations. If you have the receiver dongle plugged into one the front USB 3.0 ports of the docking station, can you try moving it to one of the top-most USB 2.0 ports on the back of the dock to see if that changes the behavior?
