can I use the Windows Easy Transfer and your Easy Transfer Cable to connect 2 WinXP PCs together?
can it be done with Windows Easy Transfer drivers only or does the application have to be used?

Sorry, however transfers from XP to XP are not supported at all by Microsoft by Windows Easy transfer: only from XP to newer operating systems.
Some limited functionality for manually selecting files is provided by the Bravura Easy Computer Sync application bundled with our cable, which allows users to manually select folders for copy to another PC. This is no different from transferring files through other methods like external hard drive or network, it isn’t automated like Easy Transfer, however these are the options you would have available.
