Will my easy-transfer cable work for windows 8?

I bought the USB 2.0 easy transfer cable for windows 7 or 8. When I download the program, it doesn’t say anything about transfer to windows 8

Indeed both Bravura Easy Computer Sync and Windows Easy Transfer both work for Windows 8! Here is a link to a blog post I did recently comparing using both for a transfer into a Windows 8 system:

There are (always, not specific to Windows 8) lots of bits of application data that may not be transferred automatically. Email, iTunes libraries and especially playlists, quicken data files, etc., are good examples of what you’ll want to check for.
