UD-160-A suddenly stopped working with ViewSonic monitor. I’ve tried a number of different drivers, but nothing works. I’ve tried with two different laptops and both can “see” the second monitor, but the monitor shows that it is receiving no signal. Both laptops are Win7-64. One is Home Premium and one is Enterprise.

Can you please verify a few things for me? I’m confident that with a few details we can get you back up and running.
Are both lights (large blue above, smaller green below) on the front of the dock still working?
Are other USB devices connected via the dock (keyboard, mouse, external hard drive, printer, anything) still working on the PC connected to the dock?
