what if one of the computers has no internet? Is there another way to install on that unit?

My old computer no longer connects to the internet. I have spent hours troubleshooting it, but to no avail. That is why I need to transfer files to another unit. Since the .exe file for installation is not the complete software, but only initiates an install via download, is there another way to get the software onto the unconnected computer?

Hi Paul,

Thank you for contacting us about your transfer cable software. The EasySyncSetup.exe file on the CD is exactly the same file as the one on the website, so it should run without accessing the internet to download anything. Are you getting a message that it can’t connect to the internet when you try to run it?
