Video keeps blanking out when using HDMI connection to monitor

When I connect my monitor to the HDMI port on the plugable - SuperSpeed USB 3.0, my monitor keeps going in and out. I have no issue when I connect the monitor directly to my laptop.

Extended Monitor is has resolution is 1360x768 (recommend) size

I’ve rebooted and installed the lasted drivers. DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows 7.9 M5

Please help.

Added note: If I use DVI to VGA to VGA on monitor I have no issues. Not sure why HDMI port on DisplayLink is having issues.
