usb3-hub7-81x There does not appear to be any power to devices...How do I troubleshoot?

Regardless of the kinds of USB devices that I plug-in (including Mouse or keyboard), there is no power to any device. Is there a way to ascertain that the unit is functioning?

If there is no power to any of your devices I think we may need to send you a replacement hub under warranty. I will contact you via email directly to collect some information.
