USB3-HUB7-81X: Charging Bluetooth (e.g. Jawbone New ERA)

Will the USB3-HUB7-81X charge a Bluetooth device like Jawbone New ERA?
If so, will it only do so on the BC1.2 ports or will any port will do it?
