Hello,
Just received the usb3-e1000 and once plugged into any of my 3 usb drives, the computer never recognizes it and the unit never lights up like the manual says.
The computer recognizes all 3 usb drives when other devices are plugged in.
Bad unit or is there something else I can try?

• Amazon Order ID
• Version of macOS, Windows, or Linux being used on the computer the adapter is being plugged in to.
• Have you tried another network cable with the adapter?
It is possible that this is a driver issue, an issue with the network cable, or with the adapter itself. Having this information will help me to know how best to proceed and to arrange a replacement if needed.
