Hi there, I see that you guys really back up your customers. I’ve been reading successful stories.
Hopefully this one is not too hard.
We are using a USB2-switch2 to share a digital x-ray equipment on two computers running win7.
The x-ray device works perfectly when connected directly to each computer but won’t work once is connected trough the switch. It worked well for a few days when initially connected.
Can you please give me some guidance here?
