Hello Morris,

To install this display adapter, please perform the following steps:

  1. Be sure to have the display adapter disconnect from the computer
  2. Download and run the latest DisplayLink software from our downloads page -> http://www.displaylink.com/support/sl…
  3. Connect the display adapter to the computer and test.

Please let me know if this yields any results or if you are stuck at any point in the installation
