My USB/serial db9 works with my win7 system when I connect a serial programmer with it, but will not recognise my serial device on my win10 laptop. The USB/serial adapter is installed ok on the win10 system, it is there in device manager working ok but when I try to connect the serial device it is not seen. Same process works ok with win7 system.
