Usb Ports Trouble Working

I have 3 usb ports but from the start only one worked and it seems to currently be damaged. Now im trying to rely on the other 2 ports but being that they never worked to start with , what do i do.

I have tried the following:
Uninstalling and reinstalling
Unchecking disable this device to save power
