USB Port Failure on UD-3900 in OSX

I have a UD-3900 Dual Display Dock running on a Mac Book Air OS X 10.10. The Display (DVI) works but non of the USB ports work (front or back).

I am sorry to hear this. Do you happen to have DisplayLink driver version 2.4 installed? If not please install this version -> http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/… with the docking station detached, power cycle the docking station and reconnect it after a reboot.
