I’ve had my 3900 for some time, today when I plugged it into my laptop running windows 10 a get a USB not recognized error. The display and external drives plugged into it seem to work fine, the key board does not. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with new driver from website. Still same error. USB keyboard does work if pllugged into laptop, but not if plugged into plugable…it used to work.
