USB headset

just got a USB headset - doesn’t seem to work with UD 3900. Would like to use headset and computer mic when connected to UD3900. is this possible?

Can you please send a direct email to support@plugable.com with ‘For ticket #- 362067’ in the subject line with the following information?

  1. The brand and specific model number of (or a direct web link to) the USB headset you are using
  2. The Amazon Order ID number for your UD-3900 purchase
  3. While the UD-3900 is connected to your PC and the USB headset is connected to the UD-3900, the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug

That information will help us to determine the next steps.
