usb-c 4k no display output from display ports to monitors, I have 2 x Dell 2k monitors connected via displayports, not getting any output to either monitor. Even if I connect just 1 monitor via display port, still no output to monitor. This is a new Macbook Pro touch bar.

Thank you for contacting Plugable support! Sorry to hear about this issue. I’d be more than happy to assist you.

I suspect if the DP ports are not working, that Gatekeeper is blocking the DisplayLink driver. We’ve seen this before. To resolve it you need to do the following:

  1. Uninstall DisplayLink drivers: https://plugable.com/drivers/displayl…
  2. Reboot, then reinstall them again ( https://s3.amazonaws.com/plugable/bin… ), and after then immediately check Gatekeeper ( https://plugable.com/2017/10/27/how-t… ).

That process of uninstall, reboot, reinstall, Gatekeeper settings should resolve this problem.
