I have the device im trying to connect to paired, but everytime i click connect it says there was an error
Thank you for posting your question. I’m sorry you are having troubles with the Bluetooth adapter.
The symptoms you are having are often cause by driver conflicts. We have a debugging tool that gather information about your device drivers and installation logs and from that I can usually find the issue.
Could you please plug in the adapter, then go to this link and follow the instructions there:
