I just bought the Bluetooth USB adapter and installed the software from your website. It does not find the Bluetooth speaker or my cell phone. In fact, the display window for the adapter seems to be in a continuous loop: the indicator by the mouse arrow has a perpetually moving circle.
Further information: I opened device manager. It says “This device cannot start (Code 10)”.
