USB 3.0 not recognized on Window 8 65 bit. I have the driver installed, but when I plug USB3.0 device into the port on the laptop, nothing is detected.
I’m running Win 8 on a Dell laptop. I see comments that the Intel USB 3.0 driver is not compatible with Win 8.
The port detects USB2.0 devices. This is my only USB 3.0 device, I have nothing to compare it too.

Thanks for posting your question here! Could you connect the Plugable USB3-HDMI-DVI to the system, run the DisplayLink Support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli… ) and email the resulting .zip to support@plugable.com as an attachment along with your Amazon Order ID and a link to this thread?
This would give us a better insight as to what is going on. Once we analyze the .zip, we can figure out the quickest steps to resolve the issue.
