USB 3.0 hub not working

I purchased the Plugable 7 Port USB 3.0 Hub model number USB3-HUB7-81X from Amazon.com and received it yesterday. It worked fine yesterday. Today it doesn’t work. The green light on the power lights up so it is ok. But the leds on the unit itself are not lit and my pc doesn’t recognize anything that is attached to it. I tried unplugging and plugging it back in. No luck.
