Hi. I just purchased the Plugable USB 3.0 Docking station and having issues connecting devices to the USB 2.0 ports in the back. I’ve tried several Bluetooth and wired devices (mice, keyboard, and headsets) and the device does not recognize any of them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
If it helps, I’m connecting to a HP Spectre x360 13-w023dx. The docking station is also unable to power the Spectre. The only thing that is working is the monitor.
