Unable to get product to work

This is not our first purchase of product.
Set up the UD-3900 - on Asus 1511 Windows 10 laptop. Pluggable would not install but I am able to use the front USBs for accessories.
Laptop does not have a CD drive to manually install.
Is there a place to download drivers?

Hi Beth,

We sent the following via email, but pasting the response here as well.

Thanks!

If Windows Update didn’t pull the drivers down automatically, we’ll want to do a clean installation of the DisplayLink drivers to make sure they’re in a good state. We’ll do all of the following with the dock disconnected (power and USB), until the very last step.

-Disconnect the dock from the computer, and unplug the power to the dock

-Uninstall DisplayLink Core software from Control Panel->Programs. Don’t worry if this fails or if this entry is missing, just move onto the next step

-Download and run the DisplayLink cleaner tool, found here:
http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/…

-Once the Cleaner has been run, reboot (even if not prompted to)

-Now download and run the latest DisplayLink software, found here:
https://s3.amazonaws.com/plugable/bin…

-During installation, reattach the docking station (power, then USB) when prompted to connect

Please let us know if this does the trick, and we can go from there.

Thanks!
Gary
