UGA-3000 driver install fails on Windows 8

Downloaded the latest driver. It fails with…

Error Loading Resource:
“file:///”

Clicking on the install button produces the following:

The software for DisplayLink Graphis is not supported on this operation system version. Please visit www.displaylink.com/software for an updated driver.

Ran the cleaner software & rebooted. Same result.

Thanks for posting. I’m sorry the DisplayLink driver for your UGA-3000 adapter isn’t installing, and I would be happy to help.

Given your results trying to install the driver, can you run the DisplayLink Compatibility Tool -> http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/… and post a screenshot of the results?

Solved the problem by formatting the drive and re-installing Windows8.

Your product now works like a charm.
