UGA-2K-A NOT WORKING

I can’t get my UGA-2K-A to work. I have downloaded the latest software. The GUI disappears. Nothing on the 3rd monitor.

Any help? No green light when plugging in the USB. The PC does say “new hardware found”, but no green light. I could never get this unit to work??? HELP!!!

Thanks for posting here! Could you run the DisplayLink Support Tool (instructions from http://plugable.com/support/tools/dis…) with the Plugable UGA-2K-A connected to the system and email the .zip it generates to support@plugable.com with a link to this thread and your Amazon Order ID.

This will give us a better insight as to what is going on and how to resolve it.
