My UGA-2K-A USB video adapter is working just fine (Thanks!). But… it is pretty warm to the touch when operating - not too hot to touch, but still pretty warm. Is this normal / to be expected or is there possibly an issue or something I should be doing to help it stay cool?

Thanks posting your question here. I’ll be happy to help. It’s normal for your UGA-2K-A to become warm during operation but it shouldn’t get overly hot. If it’s working and not getting worse, then it’s most likely fine.
Just be aware of the temperature and especially check to see if it gets excessively hot after prolonged use.
If it does seem to be getting worse or if it is excessively hot, just send us an email to support@plugable.com and we’ll get you fixed up.
