Hi Pasha,

The hardware is capable, but the software may not offer 800x480 – unless the monitor’s EDID returns 800x480 as its native resolution or one of the preferred backup modes, it’s not one of the typical modes offered.

If you tell us what operating system and what display/monitor you’ll be using, we might have a most specific answer.
